Service Description
If you're logging regular rides each week, commuting, or training for longer weekend routes, this tune-up is built for you. Our Beginning of Season package includes everything in the Basic Tune-Up — plus key upgrades to keep your bike in peak condition. It’s the perfect way to shake off winter dust, replace worn-out components, and make sure your bike is crisp, quiet, and ready for the roads or trails ahead. What’s Included: ✅ Everything in the Basic Tune-Up: - Full inspection and safety check - Flat tire repair (labor included; tubes extra) - Drivetrain cleaning - Bike wash and wipe-down - Shifting and braking adjustments - Chain lubrication PLUS: ✅ Wheel truing — straightening rims for smooth, even rolling ✅ Replacement of brake and shift cables — for responsive braking and crisp gear changes Whether you’re putting in weekday miles or prepping for group rides, this service helps your bike perform at its best — and keeps your ride feeling reliable, comfortable, and safe. Turnaround Time: Typically 2–3 business days depending on parts and shop volume. We’ll always keep you updated. This package is popular at the start of spring, but it's great any time your bike needs a reset. If you're riding more often, this is the tune-up that keeps up with you.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
