Service Description
Bought a bike online or from a big-box retailer and want it assembled correctly the first time? Our Bike Build service takes the stress out of setup and ensures your bike is safe, properly adjusted, and ready to ride. When a boxed bike arrives, we handle everything—from careful assembly and proper torque on all components to tuning the brakes and shifting for smooth performance. Once your bike is dialed in, we’ll also take care of disposing of the packaging so you don’t have to. What’s Included: ✅ Complete bicycle assembly from boxed condition ✅ Brake and shifting setup and adjustment ✅ Safety and function inspection ✅ Tire inflation and basic fit check ✅ Removal and disposal of all packaging materials Whether it’s a first bike for a new rider or an upgrade for someone ready to ride more, proper assembly makes a big difference in comfort, safety, and longevity. We build every bike as if it were our own—because details matter. If we identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly supplied parts during assembly, we’ll contact you before proceeding. E-bike builds may incur additional fees due to increased complexity, weight, and electrical system setup. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days, depending on bike type and shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion. Parts are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions before or after booking, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
