Service Description
If you’re hearing brake rub or feeling pulsing at the lever, a bent rotor is often the cause. Our Rotor Truing service corrects minor bends in disc brake rotors to restore smooth, quiet braking performance. This service is performed per rotor and is for disc brake systems only. We carefully realign the rotor using proper tools and techniques to improve clearance and consistency without removing unnecessary material. What’s Included: ✅ Precision truing of a bent disc brake rotor ✅ Inspection for rotor wear and damage ✅ Function check to confirm brake clearance This is a labor-only service and does not include replacement rotors or additional brake adjustments. If the rotor is damaged beyond safe truing, we’ll let you know before proceeding and discuss replacement options. Typical turnaround is same day or next business day, depending on shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
