E-bikes are amazing—but when something isn’t working quite right, they can be frustrating and hard to diagnose without the right tools and experience. Our E-Bike Diagnostics service is designed to identify issues clearly and honestly, so you know what’s going on before committing to a repair. Whether your motor isn’t engaging, the display is throwing an error code, or the bike just doesn’t feel right, we’ll take a structured approach to evaluating the system and pointing you toward the best next step. What’s Included: ✅ System evaluation of motor, battery, display, and wiring (where accessible) ✅ Error code review and basic troubleshooting ✅ Safety and function check related to e-bike components ✅ Clear explanation of findings and recommended next steps The diagnostic fee is $30, and if you choose to move forward with the recommended repair, that $30 is applied toward the cost of the fix. No double-paying—just a straightforward path from diagnosis to solution. Not all e-bike issues are repairable in-house due to brand-specific restrictions, proprietary software, or parts availability. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you up front and help point you in the right direction whenever possible. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days, depending on complexity, part(s) availability, and shop volume. E-bikes deserve thoughtful care.
