Service Description
The Get It Running Tune-Up is designed for bikes that need basic safety and performance attention without a full refresh. It focuses on essential adjustments to ensure the bike is safe to ride and functions as intended. This service is a good fit for bikes that have been lightly used, recently serviced elsewhere, or are being brought back into use after a short break. It addresses core function and safety while keeping service time efficient. What’s Included: ✅ Full safety and function inspection ✅ Flat tire repair (labor included; tubes extra if needed) ✅ Shifting adjustment ✅ Brake adjustment ✅ Chain lubrication This tune-up does not include bike washing or drivetrain cleaning, which are part of our Basic Tune-Up. For many riders, the Basic Tune-Up provides a more complete refresh—we’re always happy to help you choose what makes the most sense for your bike. Typical turnaround is 1 business day, depending on shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion. Parts are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions before or after booking, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
