Service Description
Worn brake pads reduce stopping power and can cause damage to rims or rotors if left too long. Our Replace Brake Pads service covers the professional removal and installation of new brake pads to help restore safe, predictable braking. This service includes replacing both sets of brake pads (front and rear) on either disc or rim braking systems. It is a labor-only service, allowing you to select the brake pads that best match your riding style, conditions, and budget. What’s Included: ✅ Removal and disposal of existing brake pads ✅ Installation of new brake pads (disc or rim systems) ✅ Basic alignment and function check This service does not include brake cable tension adjustment or hydraulic brake bleeding. If additional service is recommended, we’ll explain your options and confirm pricing before moving forward. Typical turnaround is same day or next business day, depending on part availability and shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
