Service Description
A worn or damaged chain can cause poor shifting, excess drivetrain wear, and an overall rough ride. Our Install New Chain service ensures your new chain is properly sized, installed, and ready to perform smoothly from the first pedal stroke. We’ll remove and dispose of the old chain, cut the new chain to the correct length, and install it with proper connection and alignment. This service is labor only, allowing you to choose the chain that best fits your bike, riding style, and budget. What’s Included: ✅ Removal and disposal of existing chain ✅ Cutting new chain to proper length ✅ Professional installation and basic function check If we notice excessive wear on the cassette or chainrings during installation, we’ll let you know before proceeding so you can make an informed decision. Typical turnaround is same day or next business day, depending on part availability and shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
