Service Description
A flat doesn’t always mean you need a new tube. Our Patch Tube service repairs a punctured inner tube using proper materials and proven techniques to get you safely back on the road or trail. This service covers one tube and includes locating the puncture, preparing the tube, and applying a durable patch designed to hold under normal riding conditions. All patch materials are included. What’s Included: ✅ Leak detection and tube inspection ✅ Professional patch repair ✅ Reinstallation and proper inflation Discounted price of $30 when patching both tubes. ⚡ E-bike note: Rear-wheel flat repair on e-bikes requires significantly more labor due to motor wiring, weight, and hardware. Rear e-bike tube patching is $50. We’ll always confirm pricing before starting work. If a tube is damaged beyond safe repair, we’ll let you know and discuss replacement options before proceeding. Typical turnaround is same day or next business day, depending on shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
