Service Description
If your bike is hesitating between gears, skipping under load, or just not shifting like it used to, a proper adjustment can make a big difference. Our Shifter Adjustment service focuses on dialing in your drivetrain so gear changes are smooth, precise, and reliable. This service includes fine-tuning derailleur alignment, cable tension, and limit settings to restore consistent shifting performance. It is strictly an adjustment service—no parts replacement is included. What’s Included: ✅ Front and rear shifting adjustment ✅ Cable tension and indexing adjustment ✅ Limit screw and alignment check ✅ Test ride or stand check for proper function This service does not include new cables, housing, or drivetrain parts. If worn or damaged components are discovered, we’ll explain what’s needed and review pricing with you before any additional work is done. Typical turnaround is same day or next business day, depending on shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
