Service Description

Our Silca re-wax service removes surface contamination and re-saturates your chain with high-performance hot wax to restore low-friction performance. Periodic re-waxing maintains the benefits of a waxed drivetrain, including reduced wear, cleaner components, and consistently smooth shifting. Recommended when your chain begins to sound dry or after extended mileage. Regular maintenance helps maximize chain and drivetrain life.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
