Service Description
Whether you’re a high-mileage rider, a weekend warrior with a top-tier setup, or bringing in a bike that’s overdue for some deep care, The Works is our most comprehensive service package. It combines everything from our Beginning of Season Tune-Up — and adds full system overhauls to breathe new life into your bike from the inside out. From drivetrain to braking, from bearings to wheel systems, this service is designed to leave no detail untouched. Included in The Works: ✅ Everything from the Beginning of Season Tune-Up: - Full safety and performance inspection - Drivetrain deep clean - Frame wash and wipe-down - Shifting and braking adjustments - Chain lubrication - Wheel truing - New brake and shift cables PLUS: ✅ New tubes or full tubeless setup — installed and optimized ✅ Hydraulic brake bleed or full brake system overhaul ✅ New brake pads installed (front & rear) ✅ Wheel hub service — smooth, low-resistance rolling ✅ Bottom bracket service — clean, inspect, and re-grease ✅ Headset service — for smooth steering and handling ✅ New handlebar tape or grips installed This is the service your bike deserves when it's time to get back to peak condition — or when you've invested in a high-end build and want to keep it running like new. Whether you’re training, touring, racing, or just riding hard, "The Works" ensures every system is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Turnaround Time: Typically 3–5 business days depending on service volume and parts availability. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion. Parts are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions before or after booking, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
