Wheel Truing (Single)
Service Description
A wheel doesn’t need a full rebuild to ride well—but it does need proper attention. Our Single Wheel Truing service is designed for wheels that are out of true, rubbing brakes, or suffering from minor issues like a broken spoke. We approach truing with the same care and precision used in a full wheel build, focusing on even spoke tension, lateral and radial alignment, and overall wheel health. This isn’t a quick “bend it and send it” job—it’s a thoughtful correction meant to extend the life and performance of your wheel. This service covers one wheel and is intended for wheels that need basic re-truing, not a full rebuild. Spoke replacement is labor only; parts are priced separately based on what your wheel requires. If we find that a wheel would be better served by a full rebuild, we’ll explain why and talk through your options before proceeding. Turnaround time varies depending on wheel condition, part availability, and shop volume.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a service request reserves time for evaluation and repair but does not require payment at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed after the bicycle is inspected. Customers are not billed until service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service estimates are valid for 30 days. If additional issues are discovered, approval will be requested before work continues. Labor is warranted for 30 days following service completion.
